Donny practises internationally with particular focus on the UK, North America, India and South East Asia. Formerly a Chartered Management Accountant, he is a dual-qualified barrister (England and Ontario), and has over 20 years of legal and business experience. A former Herbert Smith Freehills partner, he is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, a mediator accredited by the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution, and serves on the ICC's Task Force on Arbitration and ADR.
