Jamsheed is an arbitrator and a dual-qualified barrister (Bar of England and Wales, Mauritian Bar) with full rights of audience before the AIFC Courts.
His practice focuses on international commercial and investor-State arbitration. Jamsheed has been working on high-profile matters worldwide, including in Africa and Asia, and involving both English/common law and civil law.
He is a member of the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR and teaches arbitration law at Panthéon-Assas University.
