With 25+ years of experience, Wendy has conducted arbitrations as counsel and arbitrator under all the major institutions and ad hoc. She has advised a wide range of multinationals, sovereign States/entities and multilateral organisations. She was appointed by the UK to the ICSID Panel of arbitrators and ICSID Panel of conciliators in 2020.
She is experienced in energy, energy transition, mining and other natural resources, finance, technology, manufacture, construction and other sectors.
