With almost 30 years' experience in international arbitration, Simon Nesbitt QC is regularly appointed as arbitrator in some of the world's largest and most high-profile disputes. Fluent in French and Italian and dual-qualified in English and French law, Simon was formerly a Partner and Global Co-Head of International Arbitration at the worldwide law firm Hogan Lovells. In 2015, he was appointed Queen's Counsel and moved to Maitland Chambers, where he now sits as arbitrator full-time.
