After nearly 40 years in practice as counsel with leading international arbitration law firms and having conducted several hundred arbitrations I retired from the partnership of K&L Gates in 2026 and now sit as independent arbitrator in general commercial and Bermuda form insurance arbitrations. I am a fellow of the chartered institute and a member of the ICC UK national committee and ICC commission alongside a number of other arbitration organisations.
