Nic sits full-time as an arbitrator. He has extensive experience of arbitrating energy and mining disputes, corporate, joint venture and financing disputes, pharmaceutical disputes, offshore engineering and technology/construction matters. He frequently sits as chair or sole arbitrator, as well as a member of three-person tribunals. Nic is admitted in England & Wales and in New York. He is the Editor of a Commentary on the IBA Rules of Evidence, and is the ITA's rapporteur for England & Wales.
