David acts in disputes arising from the structuring and execution of contracts across a range of industries, including: energy, mining and natural resources; major infrastructure projects; manufacturing; product development and licensing; and joint ventures and other business and investment structures. Now an Honorary Professor at the School of International Arbitration, Queen Mary University of London, he originally qualified as a physician before studying law.
