Patrick Leonard SC, a Vice Chair of the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR, regularly appears as leading counsel before the Irish Courts and in arbitrations. He is a member of the EU Panel of Arbitrators for bilateral trade disputes, the DIAC List of Arbitrators, the ICSID Panel of Arbitrators and has acted as arbitrator in major insurance coverage disputes, and in ICC Expedited Procedures arbitrations (English law, London seats). He is qualified in Ireland and England and Wales.
