A former law lecturer at Wadham College Oxford and King's College London, I am currently a KC and FCIArb practising in domestic & international dispute resolution with particular emphasis on banking, insurance & shareholder disputes & claims arising out of the sale & carriage of goods. I have experience in ICC and ad hoc arbitrations subject to both English and other arbitral laws as well as applications to the English courts in support of arbitral proceedings and by way of enforcement.
